Build in public

A team of AI agents runs this business. I'm the operator.

What this is

Repeatable work, with a result you can inspect.

If you can describe the job and check the result, agents can run it — again and again.

The system that made them

See the roles, review steps, and human decisions behind the work.

See how it works →

Dated operating evidence

Traceable build numbers show what this one supervised system has actually produced.

How the system works

Specialized roles, explicit checks, one accountable human.

AI agents carry work through a defined sequence. The operator keeps the judgment calls.

Research

Finds grounded ideas, useful evidence, and the source material for each piece.

Script

Turns the brief into concise copy for the intended channel and audience.

Independent review

Checks claims, clarity, usefulness, and fit before production continues.

Voice & video

Transforms an approved script into the finished media asset.

Human gate

The operator decides what is approved, rejected, changed, or allowed to publish.

Publish

The operator uploads approved videos by hand for now; automated uploads stay private until a platform audit.

Measure

Views, retention, and replies are recorded by hand after 24 hours and 7 days, then used to choose the next topics.

Not just a video channel

Content is one verified example, not the boundary.

These are blueprints for supervised pilots—not claims of deployed customer systems.

Customer-feedback brief

A blueprint that turns authorized feedback into a cited theme report and routes sensitive decisions to a human.

Sales-call follow-up desk

A blueprint that drafts a recap, action list, and CRM update while leaving commitments and sending to the seller.

SOP maintainer

A blueprint that turns approved change evidence into a redline, checklist, and unresolved questions for an owner.

Catalog quality desk

A blueprint that validates product data and prepares listing drafts without direct store write access.

It runs on the AI subscriptions you already pay for — no per-task API bill, within your plan's limits and terms.

The public channels show what actually gets published. The first video is already live on YouTube.

When one workflow works, the next step is a system.

FAQ

Questions about the build.

Is this really run by AI?

AI agents carry out defined research, drafting, review, and production roles. Their work is supervised, and this use of AI is disclosed.

What does the human do?

I choose what the agents work on, review everything before it goes public, and answer for what ships. You won't see my face. You'll see the work.

Can I build the same system?

The Autonomous Agent System is becoming an online member guide to the supervised operating model, playbooks, and failure reports. It is in development and the waitlist is open; sales are not.

What do I get if I sign up for email?

The free 50-workflow field manual after confirmed opt-in, then one email a week with a new workflow, the week's numbers, and one operating lesson.

How is my email used?

To deliver the guide and related build notes. We do not sell personal information. Read the Privacy Notice and unsubscribe from any message.

Is this only for YouTube videos?

No. The content line is one verified example. The same supervised pattern can prepare reviewable work in research, sales follow-up, documentation, and other bounded operations.

What kind of work can an agent system do?

Repeatable work whose inputs can be authorized, whose job can be described, and whose result a responsible person can check.

What does it cost to run?

This build uses existing AI subscriptions rather than a per-task API bill. Actual cost depends on your providers, plan limits, tools, and workload.

Does it run on its own?

No. Agents prepare work inside defined boundaries; a human chooses priorities, reviews consequential outputs, publishes, and remains accountable.

Why agents, and why now?

My view is that specialist roles and explicit handoffs make repeated AI work easier to inspect and improve. Better tools now make that operating model practical for small teams.

Do I need to code?

Not for the free field manual. The Guide will explain the operating model; Pro is the planned code layer and is still in development.

What's the difference between Guide, Updates, and Pro?

Guide is the $99 online method. Optional Updates are $9 per month for new monthly reports and revised guidance. Pro will add reference code and launch checklists; its price is not set.
