No guarantee
We do not promise revenue, audience growth, reliability, compliance, or a fully autonomous business. Examples from our operation describe a specific system at a specific time. You are responsible for evaluating and supervising anything you use.
Responsible use
You must use the material lawfully, respect provider terms, licenses, privacy, intellectual property, and permissions, and review outputs before they affect customers, accounts, money, rights, or safety. Do not paste secrets or unnecessary personal data into AI tools.
Purchases, refunds, and support
Paid products are sold through a payment provider acting as merchant of record. That provider is the seller on the receipt, handles tax where it applies, and its own terms also cover the transaction.
Refunds. You can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, for any reason or none. Email [email protected] from the address you bought with. We do not claw back files you already downloaded.
Support. Questions about a purchase go to the same address. We reply within 48 hours. Support covers access, delivery, and refunds; it is not one-to-one consulting.
Intellectual property
Unless a separate licence says otherwise, site content is owned by Martin Kohut, IČO 01658638. Downloadable products may include their own licence, which controls where it differs from these website terms.
Third-party services
Links and examples may refer to third-party tools. We do not control them and do not guarantee their availability, security, pricing, or suitability. Your use of those services is governed by their terms.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the material is provided “as is” without warranties. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. The operator should adapt this clause to the governing law before launch.
