No guarantee
We do not promise revenue, audience growth, reliability, compliance, or a fully autonomous business. Examples from our operation describe a specific system at a specific time. You are responsible for evaluating and supervising anything you use.
Responsible use
You must use the material lawfully, respect provider terms, licenses, privacy, intellectual property, and permissions, and review outputs before they affect customers, accounts, money, rights, or safety. Do not paste secrets or unnecessary personal data into AI tools.
Purchases, refunds, and support
Paid products are sold through a payment provider acting as merchant of record. That provider is the seller on the receipt, handles tax where it applies, and its own terms also cover the transaction.
Refunds on one-time purchases. You can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, for any reason or none. Email [email protected] from the address you bought with. We do not claw back files you already downloaded.
Updates subscription. Updates is billed monthly and is available only to owners of the course. You can cancel at any time, either in the payment provider's customer portal or by email; billing stops at the end of the month you have paid for. Everything released while you were paying stays yours after you cancel. If you cancel within 14 days of your first Updates payment, we refund that first payment. After that, payments for a month that has already started are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
Immediate access and your right of withdrawal. Products are digital and available right after purchase. At checkout you ask for immediate access and acknowledge that the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content ends once access starts. This does not reduce the voluntary refunds described above, and it does not affect your rights if a product is faulty or not as described.
Support. Questions about a purchase go to the same address. We reply within 48 hours. Support covers access, delivery, and refunds; it is not one-to-one consulting.
Intellectual property
Unless a separate licence says otherwise, site content is owned by Martin Kohut, IČO 01658638. Downloadable products may include their own licence, which controls where it differs from these website terms.
Third-party services
Links and examples may refer to third-party tools. We do not control them and do not guarantee their availability, security, pricing, or suitability. Your use of those services is governed by their terms.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the material is provided “as is” without warranties. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded, including your rights as a consumer if a product is faulty or not as described.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Czech law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live. Please contact us first; we try to resolve every complaint by email. Consumers can also use out-of-court dispute resolution; in the Czech Republic this is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (adr.coi.cz).
